Payment Options
Most credit and debit card orders are acceptable. Payment can also be made by check.
Order Process
Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 business hours. Please note: we do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays. Any order placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
Shipping & Handling
Orders are shipped on the same business day. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received. The shipping & handling fee is $5.95, which will be added to your order.
Priority or Overnight Order
Priority or overnight orders will be shipped within 1-2 days via Express Mail to anywhere within the USA. A $16.95 for shipping & handling fee will be added to your order total.
International Shipping
International shipping will be sent via the US Postal Service at your own risk. We will not offer any refund for lost packages. We charge a flat fee for all international orders: $9.95 for shipments to Canada, $12.95 for shipments elsewhere.
Back Orders
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will notify you and then ship your order immediately as soon as it becomes available.
Return Policy
We offer a 60-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, for whatever reason, return the product to us within 60 days of purchase for a complete refund less shipping fees. Please ship any unused portions of the products with their original containers, plus your name and order number, to IDD Inc., P.O. Box 2232, Garnet Valley, PA 19061-2232.
